She went above and beyond for us to ensure everything went smoothly while we were living in another state. We were looking for months before I decided we needed a more aggressive and smarter realtor. Fortunately, we found Candice and her husband. The very first day of looking at houses, we found the one we wanted. 3 weeks later, we moved in! She's amazingly knowledgeable and patient. We can't thank them enough for the hard work they put into finding us this perfect home. It means everything to us! My husband,...

I can't say enough about working with Candace - her work ethic, response time, knowledge, and amazing network all contributed to a wonderful and successful experience. As a Canadian, everything about purchasing property in the US was new for me, but Candace took the time to walk me through it all while patiently answering my many questions! I look forward to working with Candace again very soon!

Hear It From Them

I started working with Jeremy in July, and because of the area we were looking in, properties were scarce. He stuck it out with us until January, when we finally expanded our search area (just a little) and found a home that is perfect for us! He was always very responsive, provided helpful advice when needed, and always showed up with a smile. The thing I liked the most, though, is that he didn't try to...
